Should i design a website or get a pre-made one for a social, e-commerce site? I want all rights if it's a hit?

its depends on ur ability. if u r good at it …its better to design by urself else u shall get some pre-made one cause its e-commerce thing so it should be highly secure.
If you’re very skilled then design your own, but there are good ones out there which only require you to retain their copyright notice at the bottom. If it’s a big issue, look at it this way…designing your own will take you a load of time and your site might be a flop. If you load up a ready made and keep their copyright, as your site becomes successful you can afford to pay the usually small fee to have it removed.
You could make your own and/but if you want a forum for a community you dont have to create your own forum using php and mysql but use phpbb3 forum, a free forum script.
