I just registered the domain name for my website at GoDaddy. What is the cheapest place to design the website?
I also need help with the complete setup of the website from design to making it a fully functional e-commerce website which takes orders. Any suggestions would help. I don’t know where to start from

Google freelance web designers. You’ll get sites like iFreelance where you can post your project and have people bid on it.
Um.. I had the same problem, but I used Blogger’s free blog service, and I’m just fine. You can fix Blogger up anyway you like it so where it doesn’t look like some cheap-o blog. It’ll look like a website and not the "BLOGGER" look. It’s fully customizeable. And if you don’t like it, just delete your blog, and move somewhere else. That’s what I’m doing.. I ain’t got lots of money, and this works just fine for me. I love it! GOOD LUCK! =D
If you use Windows, Notepad is the "cheapest" way to design a web site – it’s already on your computer. Any other "place" means hiring a web development company, and the cheapest ones aren’t cheap.
there are plenty of free opensource ecommerce solutions in php. just try them out, godaddy offers cheap webhosting with php and mysql.
