Smart Host is a great tool for sending email through a hosting provider. This can eliminate the complexity of reverse DNS entries not being properly set up which results in mail delivery problems. When one configures Smart Host all that is needed is one primary account on the hosting service (if your host requires authentication). With this one account, all email sent through exchange will be forwarded on and sent through the hosting provider specified.
