Where is the most Affordable e-Commerce web hosting site?
I’m starting a small online store and I’m trying to balance my two options: e-Commerce site which would be the easiest for the customer…and for myself OR a basic website, with item numbers that can just be e-mailed to me from there…
Does anyone have any ideas of where some AFFORDABLE web hosting is avaliable at? I’m a new business that is not taking out any type of borrowed money…

Try http://www.homestead.com They have packages for e-commerce and regular sites. Their program is easy to use and is MORE than reasonable for what you get. You also get to make your site and try it out for free for 30 days before you have to pay for anything. So if you don’t like it, you just cancel when the trial period is up. This is the site I used to make my website and I think it is awesome.
These are free from Microsoft:

I suggest you check OSCommerce.com. It’s an open source and free ecommerce solution.
You can also use Paypal’s merchant services. You only have to put their buttons on your simple webpage, and the customers will just have to click on the buttons and will be directed to Paypal secure page where they will do the transaction. Credit card payments are also accepted in this way.
With regards to webhost, I suggest you consider My Webbie Hosting’s Lite Plan. It’s only $3.95/month, but it already includes a free domain name, 1.5 G disk space, 150 G bandwidth, 50 email accounts. If you’re going to use OScommerce, you only have to activate it through the account’s control panel. No need for manual installation). their customer support is good, and they offer 30-day money back guarantee.
