well i bought my domain yesterday and my friend wont get his head out of his ass to help me

you need to upload it to your hosting account using ftp.
i bought a domain at godaddy.. biut now i´m gonna buy the host…. i just see the host already has the domain free…. do i did wrong the things??? :/? did i lost my money?
